10 But thou hast fully known my doctrine, manner of life, purpose, faith, longsuffering, charity, patience,
11 Persecutions, afflictions, which came unto me at Antioch, at Iconium, at Lystra; what persecutions I endured: but out of them all the Lord delivered me.
12 Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.
13 But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.

Struggles in the Christian Life
10 But you have followed my teaching, conduct, purpose, faith, patience, love, and endurance, 11 along with the persecutions and sufferings that came to me in Antioch,Iconium, and Lystra. What persecutions I endured! Yet the Lord rescued me from them all. 12 In fact, all those who want to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted. 13 Evil people and impostors will become worse, deceiving and being deceived.

These are my thoughts, please share yours.
10 We are to follow after sound teaching, the doctrine of the bible and walk in the ways of Jesus and be a light for Him building up the fruit of the Spirit and sharing it thru our life.
11 Christian life may bring persecution and will bring trails and troubles but we as believers aren’t to turn back from His face. It is far better to stand the trial with Him then to stand alone.
12 Godly life is not popular with a very sin filled world, we can be loved being in the light by those who walk in the darkness.
13 Many people think they are good but are in the dark and they will be the ones who don’t like being exposed to light the most and they may hate us the most because the same type of people hated Jesus.
